I bought the wireless model o on this site and initially I had some doubts about the reliability, but I soon had to change my mind. The package arrived immediately (I live in Italy)but unfortunately the mouse had a problem and I immediately wrote an email to candykeys and they immediately answered me. Within two days I received a new mouse. So I found an incredible availability that made me have rated this site with 5 stars.

Fast order processing, shipping and very responsive and helpful customer service in case you want to return a product.
I didn't really receive a follow-up email when my returned order was delivered but I contacted them and got a fast response and very fast refund (1 minute after response to my email!).

I ordered 110 Gateron Ink silent black switches, red switch films and a tube of Krytox GPL 105g0 and all arrived really quickly. The prices are pretty good and they arrived really quickly (Im from the Netherlands). Once i received the package i noticed that around 30-40 switches had a lot of bend pins and some are bend in such ways you cant bend em back without breaking. I emailed CandyKeys and i got a message back within 30 minutes. After some talking back and forth they said they would send me replacement switches. Amazing support, really quick too. The bend pins were due to the shiping company probably stepping on the package or putting another heavy package on it. My only advice for CandyKeys would be to send the switches in a box instead of a flat packet so if someone drops it or steps on it the switches are a bit safer. Other than that AMAZING. Wont be the last time i will be buying from this store :)

Great customer service! My Anne Pro 2 keyboard I ordered was making a really loud buzzing noise when all the led lights were on. Contacted CandyKeys for a replacement and within 2 days I had a new keyboard!

I had an issue with my keyboard and was able to return and get a refund with no problems.

I bought a keyboard six months ago, it came in just a week and everything was perfect.
Some days ago I noticed some issues with the backlightning, I opened a ticket in which I explained my issues and I got answer in less than 24 h.
They replaced my keyboard INSTANTLY, in less than a week later the replacement has arrived.
Furthermore, David (the CEO) is such a great guy and so easy to talk with.
Buy here and try to avoid all the chinese alternatives, they may be cheaper, but you never know when something could go wrong and it's better having such a good team supporting you, without even considering the shorter shipping period, if you live in Europe like me.

When I wanted to get a hand on one of the keyboards, I had looked for various options. If you are in Europe, there is literally handful of companies giving mechanical keyboard. I wanted to get Vortex Pok3r, and looked for different options and then contacted candykeys. To my surprise, their service was very nice, responsive, and even helped me get an item that was out of the stock! They have reasonable pricing compared to other companies and free delivery with EU! When I got the keyboard, it was delivered in an perfect condition! After using the keyboard for over a month, I am very satisfied with the product. It works extremely well, is responsive and definitely worth the feels! If you want to look for next keyboard, visit them. Amazing customer service, really good quality products.

I’ve been looking for a specific keycap set for months and since the GB was over, there was no way of getting it. I still sent them a message to see if they might have one even if the set was « out of stock » on the site. They kindly answered that they still had one and game me a really fair price for it. These guys are legit when it comes to keyboards.
